The itinerary: Seven days on Sardinia
From Belgium (and most other European countries) Sardinia is the perfect island to go for a quick break. As the airport of Cagliari is operated by Ryanair, it is possible to find very cheap airplane tickets. Depending on how you travel, this entire trip can remain very low-budget. We had brought our tent, camped wild, cooked for ourselves and visited in low-season. Our only substantial cost was renting out a car, but overall, this was a very cheap trip.
We spent seven days on the island, following a rather ambitious itinerary, which I'm sharing below. If you don't have enough time to cover it all, at least make sure to have seen these nine most beautiful places of Sardinia.
